At Regionalesims.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our digital products (eSIMs and mobile data plans), certain restrictions apply to refunds once an order has been delivered or activated.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be approved only under the following conditions:

The purchased eSIM could not be delivered due to a technical issue on our side,

The eSIM QR code or activation details were not received within the stated timeframe,

The eSIM fails to activate due to a verified technical fault confirmed by our support team,

The user has not yet scanned, downloaded, or activated the eSIM.
Refund requests that do not meet these conditions (for example, due to incorrect device compatibility, user error, or change of mind) will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

The eSIM or data plan has already been downloaded, scanned, or activated,

The user entered an incorrect device or email address,

The mobile device is not eSIM compatible,

Network coverage issues caused by local operators,

Any user negligence or misuse of the eSIM.
4. Refund Process
If your situation qualifies, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase at help@regionalesims.com and include:

Proof of payment,

A brief explanation of the issue (with screenshots if applicable).
Once verified, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for unused portions of data plans if there is a verified technical issue with network connectivity, as determined by our technical team.
6. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before the eSIM QR code has been generated or delivered. After delivery, cancellations are not possible.
